seofm.com using BlackHat Techniques 14

Apr6

The so called WhiteHat SEO blog has been caught with their hand in the cookie jar, caught with their pants down, caught molesting cookies! They were caught cookie stuffing!
These so called professional WhiteHat Search Engine Optimizers were caught stuffing links to an affiliate they had an account with www.auctionads.com

The practice of cookie stuffing is as blackhat as you can get, and it’s illegal. SEOFM.com once called those that practice Black Hat SEO techniques Scum, what do we call them? Nothing, we just call them out on their illegal activities, and ask you to stay away from their site. The cookie stuffing attempts have been forwarded to Auctionads, hopefully they’ll do something bout it.

Hats off to these guys for making an effort to clean up the mess scammers have made. Recently Watshit posted a tricky black hat technique a popular white hat seo blog has used, calling them out and slapping them with the big “YOU WERE CAUGHT RED HANDED” sign. SEOFM.com were the ones practicing this black hat technique. [...]

doing this (for 5 $). instead of giving a link and thats it.

do anyone of you might think that the networks don’t know about those cookie ‘tactics’? they earn on each lead and sale also. if they don’t know anything they might think about their function as a interest-keeper of the merchants.

one more secret: he is under the top10 affiliates of opodo (travel merchant) while the affiliate manager of opodo (till today) still dont know where his traffic is from ;-) as a merchant i would investigate this case a little closer. in the end everybody gets what he/she deserves.

    do no evil ;-)
